Proprietary Broadcom binaries are now available

I've just released the Broadcom proprietary binaries for 4.0.3 on
Galaxy Nexus (maguro and toro), and for 2.3.7 on Nexus One. The
Broadcom files for Nexus S and Xoom are unchanged.

Here are the direct links and SHA-1 checksums. The web page will be
updated in the next few hours to reflect these new files.
