GA has stopped reporting data for my site

After working brilliantly for some time GA has stopped reporting on my
site:

Does anyone have any ideas? I have only updated two pieces that may
have any impact on GA:

i get a runtime error when initializing GATracker when embedded on a
page that has allowScriptAccess=never

I have a photo sharing site hosted in the US. I notice that none of
the people who visit my site from Canada, the UK or Europe show up in
my Google Analytics log stats.

Missing campaign results

I have set up 12 campaigns, but traffic results only show up for 8 of
them.
Is there a limit on the number of campaings we can have? If so, how do
you delete old campaigns that you no longer need?

goal's funnel data not working - help

All of a sudden, my goal funnel visualisation data is not working. My
goals appear to be setup correctly as my goal conversion rates are
still calculating and displaying. I am lost as to how I can get my
goal funnels back so I can analyse goal abandonment rates etc and the

Onclick command no longer tracking

I use the onclick command + G.A. code to track which outbound links my
site traffic clicks on. Below is what I am using and it has worked
fine in the past. I am still using G.A. version 1.0.

No data in Advanced Segmentation in August 2008

Hello,
I have a trouble with Advanced Segmentation report in August 2008.
When I try to look at stats _by hostname_, it shows zeroes.
Nevertheless all visits was counted correctly.
So, I can see visits altogether but cannot split them by hostname.
