  That is definitely a by-product of allowScriptAccess = never.   If you are seeing any visits at all, then the problem is not related &lt;br&gt; to Google Analytics. The Geo-location data is provided by the owner of &lt;br&gt; each IP address range (ie. their ISP). If the ISP of your visitors do &lt;br&gt; not publish location information then GA has no way of knowing they &lt;br&gt; are from Canada, or the UK, etc.

  When GA sees a new value in those variables (utm_source) it &lt;br&gt; automatically adds it to the list of sources / campaigns that it knows &lt;br&gt; about. There is no need to define them ahead of time, as soon as GA &lt;br&gt; sees a visit from a new campaign it will appear in your reports.

  I don&#39;t think there&#39;s a limit, but if there is then it would be in the &lt;br&gt; range of 50,000 unique campaigns, not 12. A campaign will only appear &lt;br&gt; in your GA reports after at least 1 visit has occured originating from &lt;br&gt; that campaign.

  When you make a change to your blog layout, (ie. adding a little code &lt;br&gt; into the HTML), you run the risk of removing the tracking code if you &lt;br&gt; are not careful. I would go back into your HTML editor and make sure &lt;br&gt; the tracking code is still there.

  Are you sure you&#39;re looking at the correct account? Each email address &lt;br&gt; can have several accounts, and each account can contain several &lt;br&gt; profiles. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;If you are seeing a different number in your Account than you use on &lt;br&gt; your website (ie. UA-XXXXXX-1) then you are not viewing the correct &lt;br&gt; account.
