I'm experiencing this too. My data dropped to zero on July 29th, and now, on July 30th, it's still showing zero. Let's hope they get it straightened out soon, and that they recover the data!
Whew, thank goodness. I too have this problem and I figured my sites just fell off the face of the earth. Happy to hear that I am not the only one. Also, did anyone notice stats well below normal the last week? I went from 400 visits a day the week before last to about 60 last week. I hope this is a goog error too, but we'll see :|

Two sites being tracked here, both bottomed out, emailed Google Analytics support and no reply yet, seems there's many of us in the same boat, and no news at all from Google. Which doesn't bode well.
I do have to admit it's pretty bad that Google has in no way taken any action to inform us of what is going on. This isnt about whether or not this is a free service. If your going to offer a product, free or not, support it.

I have to agree with timtrice. I know that GA is free and I am thankful, but being transparent with users (paying or not) is a cornerstone of establishing and keeping trust. Hope is not a plan, but all we have is hope here.
I have contacted Support as well. Fingers crossed, right?

Same problem for me. I emailed them about it. I have had bad stats ever since they switched to this new so-called improved version of analytics. For me it has been much slower to show activity and has not reported all the data my adwords shows. I wish they would have just left things as they were.
I agree with you Cher. I was comparing the two interfaces while they were side-by-side and the old interface consistently reported more quickly. I contacted Support with a seeming large (over 100%) difference between Adwords and GA about a week ago. By the time they replied GA had updated (belatedly by more than 24 hours) and the difference disappeared.

Same problem here, 1 visit yesterday, none today. I run a site poundpuplegacy.org and have checked the stats on our server and within the sites software (Drupal), which both show average travel figures. I contacted Google too, hoping this will be fixed soon and hopefully including the missing data.
"Report data generally updates every three hours, and the updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. However, we are currently experiencing a reporting delay that may cause the updates to take longer to post in your account. This delay won't lose any of your account information, and Google Analytics will still collect live data. We are working to fix this issue and we thank you in advance for your patience. In the meantime, please check your reports daily, and monitor the Google Analytics blog (http://www.analytics.blogspot.com) for the latest information about this reporting delay".

What do you expect when you use a free service? I think that when you decide to use something that is free, you forfeit your right to complain about it.
Google cares only about offering a good web analytics program only insofar as the "good" web analytics program provides them greater search revenue.
