My name is Joel Erb, founder of INM United here in Virginia, USA. We've been having difficultly finding the talent we need here in Virginia and have been throwing around the idea of opening an office in Amsterdam in the next year or so. With that said, since I am faced with outsourcing our rails work beyond Virginia, it seems like a great opportunity to focus on building a team in Amsterdam.

So, long story short, we're looking for contract/freelance/part-time or full-time developers who are interested in not only working on cool web projects, but iOS project also. If you know of anyone that is interested, we would love to see a portfolio, resume, code samples, etc. We're in the position of hiring at least 2-full time people, but would be open to contract with the prospect of full-time in the future.
