After the sudden drop of activity it's time to bring back AmsterdamJS up to speed. I want to propose a new date for the next meetup, and keep the monthly nature of the meetup after that.
I'd like to take care of the specifics of organizing the event with help from Cloud9, who will kindly provide us with the necessary logistics to properly host the event.
So, gentlemen, start your engines! We need some talks to get going and I am sure you've all been working on all kinds of exciting stuff during this 6 month (!!) hiatus :)
The first date proposal for the next AmsterdamJS is the 16th of August. The date is not final; it will depend on how many of you would be able to attend, and given that August is a very slow month we might not have enough people to fill up a proper evening of talks, in which case we can change it to a beer.js event and move the talk session to September.

August should be good for me. beer.js - sounds fun.
Topics, hmm, maybe something on performance?
(not volunteering here, only suggesting :-)
My W3C workgroup also recently held a symposium on Mobile
Accessibility but I'm not sure how relevant this would be to
AmsterdamJS as whole because it wasn't Web focussed. We mainly looked
at device(s) input and related limitations for people with
disabilities/everyone. I'd be happy to talk about the findings with
anyone who's curious at beer.js - here's a draft wiki for the
symposium's research not to-be:

Alright then, let's take it easy and restart AmsterdamJS with a drinkup at the Gollem bar on the 16th of August. Cloud9 will be proud to sponsor it by providing free drinks from 7 to 9!

Because of some confusion with the day of the week and some assistance problems (my bad for not triple-checking), the Beer.js event will be moved to Wednesday 15th, which works much better. Please let me know if that is a major inconvenience.
