I'll leave the answer to someone else, I'm the most ignorant in this matter
Anyway, this is no small limitation in data.xml. I bet developers regularly
switch to some other library when they have to do some non trivial XML
processing.

Since we're talking about it, IIRC you need to write which project you want
to contribute to, is it really the case? Does it mean I have to sign & send
a CA anytime I want to contribute to a new Clojure or Contrib project?

On Wednesday 27th March we will be hosting the inaugeral EHRD.clj in
Rotterdam. The first meeting will feature a talk from Christophe Grand<[link]>(Clojure core contributor and co-author of Clojure Programming) plus beer

this project is 'tipi'[1]
