When installing v3.03, there is an error when trying
$ amrmake src3p::perl
requiring a manual creation of the directory
$AMRITA/bin/perl
Creation of the directory fixes the problem.

Thanks for the tip off. When I ship AMRITAv3.05 I'll make
sure that the problem is fixed.
