AMPLDev Forum

Welcome to the AMPLDev forum where you can ask questions about AMPLDev and AMPL. AMPLDev is an Eclipse-based IDE for AMPL and SAMPL modelling languages. For those of you who recognise AMPL Studio and/or SPInE, AMPLDev is a combined package that has replaced both.

The 30 day free trial version of AMPLDev includes the following solvers:

CPLEX (limited size problems only)
CBC
IPOpt
FortSP (limited size problems only)
FortMP (32-bit only)

The extract of the manual can be found here. The free trial packaged with the full manual s available to download here.

The forum is open to everyone and we hope to build a strong community with lots of helpful questions. The AMPLDev Team will constantly check for updates and will do our best to answers questions as soon as possible.

We will be adding some tutorials and FAQ soon. So please keep a look-out!
