Possible to specify excel worksheet for data input?

Hi all,
I was wondering if it was possible to specify certain worksheets from
within excel for ampl to read in as data. I would like to store my
different data sets as different worksheets in excel rather than have
20+ data files. I know it is possible to read data from excel, I just
dont know about specifying the sheet.
