I realize this email is coming to you on the later side of things hence the urgency of the email.   Los Lobos kindly (and excitedly) continues to let us on their current tour and there are concerts quickly approaching in November.

 

NOVEMBER

14 Chester – Harrah’s Chester

                            

Here are the facts thus far:

1. We are allowed to have two or three volunteers for each concert.
2. I must have a committed Lead Volunteer with the LV’s full name and (cell) phone number.  The timeline is a bit tight and this might come down to the wire so I need to be able to reach you.
3. I must have the SAME information for the other volunteers for the same reason.
4. Because this is a casino situation, I would say that all of the volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. 

 

 

I know I must have left something out, but I have to send this out now.  I hope you can help by volunteering or by spreading the word.
