Online vs Hybrid

Hi All, The administrators at my district are wanting to change the description of our online courses to hybrid if they have proctored exams. I'm not sure this is a good idea because all the instruction is done online and if a student can't come to campus to take and exam arrangements can be made to have the exam proctored somewhere else.
