After I restored Altapoint from backup while installing a new hard drive, I get an error message when I try to add or edit items in the billing codes. Altapoint: "Table 1: Field "ORD_FORM" not found". CAn anyone help on resolving this? The billing code numbers and names show up OK, but the cost figures, etc cannot be accessed/changed.
