We are an innovative startup developing a legal search engine. We are
focused on technical strength, efficiency, and fun.
We need top engineers to develop our information exploration
technologies. The problem space includes everything from exploring
huge information sets to presenting complex information in an easily
digestible form for lawyers, legal professionals, and mass-market
consumers.
We are looking for talented and passionate software engineers who love
to code and aren’t intimidated by challenging problems. We are
designing algorithms to solve novel search problems across
heterogeneous information. Our information exploration technology
allows analysts to understand complex relationships in law and
jurisprudence.
Requirements
▪ BS/MS in Computer Science (current excellent students accepted) or
equivalent
▪ Proven coding experience
▪ Enthusiasm for solving exciting problems and a willingness to take
on new product features
▪ Background in distributed systems, machine learning, information
retrieval, regular expressions, developing enterprise software systems
a plus
▪ Interest in working on a rapidly changing, ever-evolving system
▪ An interest in philosophy, linguistics preferred
▪ Polymaths preferred
▪ Some knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Computational
linguistics, or Artificial intelligence, symbolic systems, is a big
plus
