Dear Irascible Professor Readers, Writers, and Colleagues:
We have just posted a very interesting article from guest commentator Edward Carney, one of our newer contributors. In this sure to be controversial piece Carney argues that education data is almost always irrelevant. The Irascible Professor, himself, is not in complete agreement.
