Guest commentator Sanford Pinsker skewers the new Common Core Standards for suggesting that such classic novels as The Catcher in the Rye and To Kill a Mocking Bird should be dumped from the U.S. high school curriculum in favor of articles on "insulation" or "invasive plant species."
