Job Description:


This individual will take on the responsibility of analyzing data in
an operational system, identifying and modeling different subject
areas, creating 3NF/Dimensional Models, profiling the data, source to
target mapping for data marts, assisting in the ETL development and
testing and validating the completeness and accuracy of the ETL
process.
Will need to be involved in database administration, profiling, and
database performance tuning using SQL Server toolset. Among the
aforementioned skills, advanced T-SQL skills are required including
data aggregation, pivoting, un-pivoting, views, stored procedures, CDC
and user-defined functions. The individual must possess strong data
analytical skills to improve the BI team's knowledge base of the
operational system.
Some of this will require interacting with the business to gain a
better understanding of the data. A required qualification would be
for this person to have strong experience in conceptual, logical and
physical modeling (3NF and Dimensional Modeling) .


Highly Required/Desired Skills:-

*4 Years of experience in Data Warehousing/ Datamarts is Required
*4 Years of experience in Dimensional & Normalized Modeling is
Required
*4 Years of experience in Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical &
Physical) using Power Designer is Required
*4 Years of experience in T-SQL programming in MS SQL 2005/2008 is
Required
*2 Years of experience in Data analysis/data profiling/ development is
Required
*5 Years of experience in MS SQL 2005/2008/2012 is Required
*2 Years of experience in SQL Server Integration Services is
Required
*2 Years of experience in AS400/DB2 Nice to have
*2 Years of experience in Excellent communication skills (written and
verbal) is Required
*2 Years of experience in Experience in healthcare Nice to have
*2 Years of experience in Business Object Data Services Nice to have
Agile Project experience
