When addressing e-mail to CIS, replace the <comma> in your address
with a <period> i.e 76016.3...@compuserve.com

Just write "." instead of "," in your account "name", i.e.:
76016.3...@compuserve.com

Use 76016.3...@compuserve.com and it should work fine.
