This is the wrong place to post for application specific issues. Windows is
not the problem. Go to the website of the software's manufacturer, try their
support area and perhaps email them.

Most likely to be a faulty installation, try re-installing.
It could be that upon installing, it didn't fully acknowledge the printer
first time round.

Secondly I would advise contact the company and ask them if they have a
patch so you can use your printer.

Try it and post back, if it don't work.
