Computer equipment is still Zero VAT rated so you only pay duty on goods from China this is 4.5% with the certificate of Origin and Preference, otherwise its 8% without paperwork(get it before importing) They charge you VAT & Duty on the delivery cost.

I was selling a load of geisha dolls in display cases to a shop in austrailia, I sold them for 12.50, I think, after customs and vat and shipping, she had to ask around 99.00 for the dolls. I never got another order from them again.
