Quality oil portrait from your own photographs

When we had our extensive email conversation about this topic, you
assured me that you were making oil paitings from one exclusive
photographers work and that you had a complete release from him to do
so. Now you post to the board that you will make copies from any
photograph provided to you, with no mention of copyright.
I am telling you again publicly that it is a violation of federal law
for you to make copies of a professionally created image without the
permission of the photographer. You have copies of such images on your
website where you promote copying professionally created photographs,
yet you make no mention of providing a release.
You have lied about your business and continue to promote your intention
to violate copyright.
