Hello,
When having your photos taken, which colors tend to look better
than others. I am in the midst of trying to decide what color to have
my bouquet. I really like cream or pale yellow roses.
Thanks for the info

What is the background? - lots of green? sky? water? structures?

What color is your dress? - bright white? off white? ivory? candlelight? a
color?

What is your coloring? - skin? hair? eyes?

Look at the photographer's portfolio. Look in magazines. Look at floral
displays.

My DIL's photographer provided a beautiful bouquet of deep pink tulips.
Photographs taken in a shaded park with lots of greenery were stunning!

I had white with very little green (stems and leaves of the flowers) and
it looked good. It may not be color as much as who your photographer is
and what he/she can do.

Coordinate the flower colors the way you coordinate the rest of your clothing
and decorating. If you aren't good at picking and matching colors get someone
with a good eye to help you. Most importantly,
have some flowers and make sure they are always in the pictures. They add a lot
of life. White flowers go with anything as do green plants.
Best wishes ,

White tends to get lost against a white gown. Reds tend to look too red. Most
pale colors will be difficult to distinguish. My favorite color for flowers is
pink as it tends to enhance the bride's flesh tones.
Make sure that your bouquet is not too heavy or too large or it will be a
chore to carry and over power your look. Avoid bouquets that have long spikey
features as these can appear in unwanted places. If you intend to preserve your
bouquet, plan on having a second, smaller one to throw.
luck to you with your wedding planning.

What really concerns me is the light. Is the the light good and then all the
colors can fall into place. Spring time is a good time and in my State around
2:30 p is the perfect time out doors. Studio is a different story

Hi!

I stayed away from really bright colors, and went with a peachy pink rose
bouquet, which I really liked. I had a friend who was married in the fall
and did more of a red/orange/green bright-colored fall bouquet, and it
looked nice, too. However, I tend to prefer the lighter colors.
