After buying this phone I took it to another location (country) and
had to change provider. Unfortunately the phone does not work with
this different sim. The original one was from singtel.

Hi Nerd
No, this is not a stolen phone, I bought it in Mustafa's in Singapore
and was using it with Singtel till I was there. I am now home and the
phone does not work with non-singtel sim.
