Afghanistan quickly became prime real estate for an oil-pipeline
highway. US planned war in Afghanistan long before September 11

The Afghanistan pipeline route was pushed by the US-based Unocal oil
company, which engaged in intensive negotiations with the Taliban

Invading Afghanistan had nothing to do with 9-11. Why were oil
companies and governments helping the Taliban?

About the reason for US war with Afghanistan — OIL... .Kazakhstan
alone may have more oil than Saudi Arabia. ...the effort to build a
trans-Afghan pipeline is not often discussed .

Afghan President Hamid] Karzai also worked for the oil company UNOCAL
After Kabul and India, where he has studied law, he completed his
learnings in the USA, where he acted, for a while, as a consultant for
the American oil company Unocal, at the time it was considering
building a pipeline in Afghanistan."

In 1997, while George W. Bush was governor of Texas, a delegation of
Taliban leaders from Afghanistan flew to Houston to meet with Unocal
executives to discuss the building of a pipeline through Afghanistan.
Then in 2001, just five and a half months before 9/11, the Bush
administration welcomed a special Taliban envoy to tour the United
States to help improve the image of the Taliban government..

Hamid Karzai was a former Unocal advisor. Karzai was an employee of
Unicol for years before he was put in charge of Afghan by Bush as a
puppet of big oil companies.

Unocal has denied the employment

Real reason for the war in Afghanistan, page 1
In a nutshell - oil and gas!

SEE MAP
Proof that oil is the reason...

Do not believe the mainstream lies which have morphed from one year to
the next; it began with the excuse of purging the Taliban and Al
Qaeda, where Osama bin Laden was hiding in the mountains somewhere,
who was blamed for the 9/11 attack.

No DOUBT! All us Alex Jones & Coast to Coast with George Noory
listeners KNOW 911 was a TOTAL inside job.
We just need to ignore the facts that there's currently no Unocal oil
pipeline through Afghanistan. Or that Iraqi oil companies are now
owned by the Iraqi people through the Iraqi stock exchange. Other
than that, we're right on!

We don't need no stinkin' fancy book learning!

May 25, 2005: BTC PIPELINE OPENS
The pipeline has been under construction for ten years and was built
by a consortium of oil companies including Amerada Hess,
ConocoPhillips, Eni, Inpex, Itochu, Statoil, Total, SOCAR, TPAO,
UNOCAL and BP.

HIstory
December 5, 1998: Unocal Abandons Afghan Pipeline Project

Unocal announces it is withdrawing from the CentGas pipeline
consortium, and closing three of its four offices in Central Asia.
President Clinton refuses to extend diplomatic recognition to the
Taliban, making business there legally problematic. A concern that
Clinton will lose support among women voters for upholding the Taliban
plays a role in the cancellation. [New York Times, 12/5/1998]

May 23, 2001: Former Unocal Employee Becomes Bush’s Special Assistant
to Middle East and Central Asia

Zalmay Khalilzad. [Source: US Embassy, Iraq]Zalmay Khalilzad is
appointed Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for
Gulf, Southwest Asia and Other Regional Issues on the National
Security Council. Khalilzad was an official in the Reagan and George
H. W. Bush administrations. During the Clinton years, he worked for
Unocal. [US Department of State, 2001; Independent, 1/10/2002] He
previously worked under Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz and
helped him write a controversial 1992 plan for US world domination.
(see March 8, 1992) [New York Times, 3/23/2003] He was a member of the
neoconservative think tank Project for the New American Century. The
Asia Times notes, “It was Khalilzad—when he was a huge Taliban fan—who
conducted the risk analysis for Unocal (Union Oil Company of
California) for the infamous proposed $2 billion, 1,500 kilometer-long
Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan [TAP] gas pipeline.” [Asia Times,
12/25/2003] After 9/11, he will be appointed as special envoy to
Afghanistan (see January 1, 2002) and then US ambassador to
Afghanistan (see November 2003).

December 22, 2001: Karzai Assumes Power in Afghanistan

Afghan Prime Minister Hamid Karzai and his transitional government
assume power in Afghanistan. The press reported a few weeks before
that Karzai had been a paid consultant for Unocal at one time (Karzai
and Unocal both deny this), as well as the Deputy Foreign Minister for
the Taliban.

May 30, 2002: Afghan, Turkmen, and Pakistani Leaders Sign Pipeline
Deal

Leaders sign the pipeline agreement. [Source: Associated
Press]Afghanistan’s interim leader, Hamid Karzai, Turkmenistan’s
President Niyazov, and Pakistani President Musharraf meet in Islamabad
and sign a memorandum of understanding on the trans-Afghanistan gas
pipeline project. [Dawn (Karachi), 5/31/2002; Alexander's Gas & Oil
Connections, 6/8/2002] Afghan leader Hamid Karzai (who formerly worked
for Unocal) calls Unocal the “lead company” in building the pipeline.
[BBC, 5/13/2002] The Los Angeles Times comments, “To some here, it
looked like the fix was in for Unocal when President Bush named a
former Unocal consultant, Zalmay Khalilzad, as his special envoy to
Afghanistan late last year .” [Los Angeles Times, 5/30/2002] Unocal
claims that it has no interest in any Afghanistan pipeline after 9/11.
However, Afghan officials say that Unocal will be the lead company in
funding the pipeline. The Afghan deputy minister of mines comments on
Unocal’s claim of disinterest: “Business has its secrets and
mysteries. Maybe… they don’t want it to be disclosed in the
media.” [Toronto Star, 3/2/2003]

Why Troops to Afghanistan? Consider the Oil Pipeline
What happens when Arlington is full?

This is something I've been wondering about lately. It's no secret
that Arlington National Cemetery is running out of room for new
burials, and that it will be full in the not-too-distant future. Are
there any plans in place for what will happen then? Will a new
national cemetery be designated? Or will veterans just have to be
satisfied with regular local cemeteries?

This pipeline will carry $3-5 trillion inoil and natural gas from the
Caspian Sea basin via Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, where
ships docked in Arabian Sea portswill then carry that fuel to energy
hungry Asia.

This will yield enormous profits for investors, and the atmosphere will
continue to heatfrom the increasing use of those fossil fuels.

Raymond, don't be disheartened by pesky facts. Sure, you don't
possess a college degree, But you don't need rational deductive
reasoning based on knowledge to form an opinion. Hell no! All those
strange, complex, mysterious things you can't seem to grasp can be
easily clarified with an Alex Jones radio show, or a special website
like the "THE WORLD DOMINANCE GAME" website where you got your map
from, right?

Case in point: how 'bout them banks, huh? WTF is up with Joooz and
the banks? Bet it has somethin' to do w/ that dang fed reserve!
Sure, you never took even an undergrad course in macro economics. You
couldn't tell me what a Phelps curve was even if your favorite NASCAR
star was driving on it! But you don't need no fancy book learnin' to
know that the secret government is stealin' from ya!.

Keep the faith, Raymond. And don't EVER let those pesky facts
compromise your beliefs!

Oil company wars produce work for many besides military ...Oil
Companies Hiring In Afghanistan/Iraq. Companies Hiring Now

Jobs with Contractors in Afghanistan and the surrounding Countries
Places like Afghanistan and other overseas job market in the region
are changing fast. Employment opportunities are plenty, even though,
the number of people leaving the Armed Forces flood the market with
military personnel with overseas experience and security clearances.
In addition, there are thousands of contractors moving from one
contracting company to another. But, despite these prevailing market
conditions, with the right training and knowledge about jobs, one can
find lots of well paid employment opportunities with American, British
and German Contractors in Afghanistan and other areas surrounding it.

Oil pipeline through Afghanistan to Arabian Sea will not be complete
until 2014. Jobs will be available even beyond completion of
pipeline, especially in security work.

This pipeline will carry $3-5 trillion in oil and natural gas from the
Caspian Sea basin via Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, where
ships docked in Arabian Sea ports will then carry that fuel to energy
hungry Asia.

This will yield enormous profits for investors, and the atmosphere will
continue to heat from the increasing use of those fossil fuels
SEE Map

Vets looking for work should get in touch with the State Department.
With this new Taliban attack activity, more Americans will be killed,
especially the troops assigned to guard the newly constructed oil
pipeline running through Afghanistan to the oil tankers waiting in the
Arabian Sea and bound for American and British refineries. The oil
compnies are hiring , especially returning veterans willing to return
to Afghanistan and take up the jobs that the military has been working
at. The jobs pay well ..... contracts must be signed promising that
the employees will remain for a specific length of time. However, the
risks are great and applicants should be warned of the dangers.

The oil companies had experienced severe opposition from the local
population until President Obama sent an additional 40,000 troops to
protect the workers building the long awaited pipeline to the Arbian
Sea.. Still, the locals cannot be trusted to permit the line to be
completed.

Please remember - With troops returning home Afghanistan is currently
a more dangerous place for foreigners to work in, so do not apply for
any position unless you are aware of the risks ..After all, oil is
what this war is all about and losing Americans for oil is not a
popular topic.

Now.
If you intend to be part of that effort, you have to understand that
conditions are harsh, primitive and hazardous. Prior experience in the
military will be a big help in adapting to the environment and doing
the job. Most jobs will be offered for 12-month tours, with options to
extend. Work also available in Iraq's newly opened oil fields.
Veterans welcome to apply.

The number of interested companies will depend on the skills you
offer. These companies will then directly contact you, when they have
an opening and need your skills, agreeing directly with you their
employment conditions.

The oil companies have openings around the world. Contact your
representative for advice as to where skilled oil workers are needed
most. Iraq's newly opened oil fields.are in immediate need.
