The farther the CSA (died, 1865) recedes into the past, the more
non-southerners see it "rising again".
Maybe this is Andrew Sullivan's way of becoming a wannabee-northerner,
like Mini-Mouse. Sullivan, though born in England, is a permanent US
resident.
