But, your problem is it was Bush (whom we never heard mentioned during the election) that put you in the hole.  Obama is gradually getting you out of it.  Not overnight like you wanted him to do.  But employment has improved and your economy seems to be improving as well.  If you want to blame Obama for everything you have to give him credit as well.  Look at your oil production.  He must be doing something right.

The art or compromise is knowing when to and when not to.  There's is a difference between being principaled and being stubborn or stupid.  Knowing when to be smart is something the Republicans have to learn.  From what I'm hearing, it sounds like they are coming around, slowly mind you.  Time to be smart and stop being stupid or intransigent.
