1) QA/Testing Lead for Microsoft Active Directory/Identity
Lifecycle Management (ILM) [Quality or Test Analyst – Level 3]:
a. Accountable for leading testing efforts for migration of 20+
active directory domains into a single enterprise domain. The QA Lead
will be responsible for a team of test designers and testers as well
as coordinating testing efforts with a number of functional/technical
teams. The QA Lead will work with business system analysts, architects
and engineers in planning and coordinating all testing activities for
these projects. The QA lead will prepare project test plans and manage
test design and execution, ensuring that the overall testing effort
aligns with the program and company guidelines and standards and will
be responsible for reporting on testing results and managing defects.
b. Position requirements:
i.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project development and
testing (unit, system, and/or integration)
ii.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory object
structure implementation, migration, and validation
iii.
Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM) technology will be heavily
used in migrations. Very strong ILM experience is required
iv.
Solid software quality assurance experience and user interface testing
experience, including proven management, supervisory, or leadership
experience
v.
Proven ability to coordinate and influence people across
organizational boundaries to complete tasks
vi.
Experience working within a matrix-style structure
vii.
Expertise with developing test plan, test cases, test scripts and test
requirements using testing tools (HP Quality Center and/or IBM
Requisite Pro)
viii.
Experience in the financial industry is preferable
ix.
Very strong knowledge of Lightweight Directory Authentication Protocol
(LDAP) technologies, active directory authentication, authorization,
corporate LDAPs, Microsoft Exchange server, automated systems
deployment, systems integration and related applications and
technologies is required.
x.
Knowledge of business processes for enterprise access management,
account provisioning, and password administration is preferable
