$1000 processing fee - also for GC?

There have been many discussions on this topic, but none of the participants
mentioned if this is true or false for GC.

Can some one please verify if this is true for GC?

Yes, but not what you are thinking. The priority fee was only for
H-1Bs, as far as I know, but there would also be a $1000 fee for GCs
based on a re-activated 245(i).

In any case, this is just a suggestion (and a bad one, in my mind).

What is re-activated 245(i)? Does this mean, that super fee is not for
those whose EB based 485 is already with srvc center? Thanks.
