Nowadays it seems you have to send it in with the rest of your
paperwork...

If you entered as a K-1 or K-3 and had your medical done overseas, you
do not need to do a new medical with your AOS package. You will need a
vaccination supplement done to send with the AOS package.

If you're already in the USA via some other method, and you're
filing your AOS package, you'll need the full medical done before
you submit the AOS package. Send the sealed medical results along
with the AOS package.

I sent mine with my other forms... .comt hope they will interview you before your medical exam expired.
