I were advised in this group to consult a "knowledgeable" immigration
lawyer.
Well, whatever "knowledgeable" might mean, I were wondering if anyone with
the experience could recommend one in the New York area.
I guess my problem is peculiar in nature which involves an overstayed visa,
marriage to a US citizen with an approved I-130, in addition to this a US
child. I am not going to bother anyone with this, but I can be shown to a
reputable lawyer, I will be much thankful.
PS: If you can respond to this post and e-mail me, that will be appreciated.
Thanks.
