FWIW, I met and got to know Angela, Clark and Jon when I was on the
Immigration & Nationality Law Advisory Commission of the Bar Board of
Legal Specialization. Jon was Chair just before me and Clark was after
me and Angela after Clark.

You don't necessarily need an attorney in the bay area (an attorney
outside of the bay area can provide the same services) however if you
want someone in SF, my recommendation is Sheila Quinlan. AILA member,
Cal. certified specialist (although that too is not a requirement in
order to provide quality representation), and very good attorney (and
very nice person to boot).

If they charge the same fees, that would be a coincidence. Not all
doctors and dentists charge the same fees for their services either.
For example, I charge $900.00 as an attorney fee for a typical fiancée
case, but I know of other attorneys who charge $1800.00 + $400.00 for
each K-2 child.

Don't take this the wrong way, but do you think that you might be able
to do a somethings on your own without having someone else do it for
you. All you needed to do was a simple search on the internet for any
of those names and/or look on this forum for Mr. Wu's name he is
basically a weekend poster. I mean you are an adult and in college, you
do know how to research I assume.

I think Rete was commenting on your second post, not your first.

I think you're thinking of Jonathan McNeil Wong, Rete. I've been here
awhile and never seen a Mr. Wu post. Isn't there a Steely Dan song that
has Dr. Wu in it? Someone help me figure out what it is......stuck in
my head now.

Hi:

I don't know Jonathan personally, but I've found his posts to always be
on the money. Its just that my Bay Area trilogy of recommendations for
years have been Angela, Clark and Jon.

I'm actually in Oakland, across the bay from San Francisco.

I know Angela and Clark; I think they are both fine lawyers. I'm afraid
I don't know Jon Wu.

Stuart: I'm citing your 9th Circuit Hawaii case in a natz submission;
great work!

Just what I was saying in another post. He wants someone to do it for
him so he can have someone to blame if it doesn't work out. He seems to
go out of his way to avoid responsibility. Perhaps this is why his
"bitchy wife" (his words, not mine) left him for another man! I mean,
who could stand being married to such a wuss?
