4dtv W4 Channel Mapping
Does anyone know anything about the channel mapping on W4 channels 500 thru 504? These are local network channels in Albuquerque, NM. Being from NM, I would be interested in getting them if I had the opportunity. If they are not available why do they have them mapped out there? Bob Topeka, KS... more »

DSR922 video out in B&W
I've just recently purchased a new HDTV, and have connected my DSR 922 to it via the video out connector (not the S-Video) using a cable with an RCA plug at both ends. But the picture is in black and white. I know the receiver is generating a color picture because when I connect to the 75 ohm TV out connection I get a color picture. I see something... more »

Relocating satellites
I'm trying to get 'back in the game' with a newly erected 7.5' mesh dish. I'm trying to find a satellite to attempt adjusting the dish. I can barely get a channel that looks like the jewelery shopping network. Can anyone tell me what sat this is? Since I don't have a subscription yet, can someone advise a free channel I can locate to... more »

DSR-410 and Skyvision
For those interested in the programming cost benefits of DCII/4DTV, but not interested in the $500 bill for the DSR-922 receiver, Skyvision is selling DSR-410s that are mapped to HITS4HOME on AMC18 (105°W). It still requires a C-band dish, but you don't have to move it (or you can add it to your existing DVB or Analog system)... more »

SNAFU: T-4: 600-603
920 unit with HD unit After doing Master Reset, T4-600-603 is still haywire. The HD (T4-603) Video is on T4-600-602 channels. But, everywhere else, 4DTV/HD units can see SD channels just fine. There's something wrong with their T4 Map on 600-603...going thru HD unit, all you see is the HD channel....but HD unit can handle SD... more »

Connecting 922 and other components
After having cleared up the reception ot T4 600-602, I now find that my set-up for connecting the 922 and other components to my TV (Toshiba 42RV530U) did not work: The multi-component connection, a GE audio-video switch evdently did not separate the input of the various components well enough. These components include:... more »

920-4DTV Re-Map
I let unit sit overnight on G1-03 with power button off, and then tried to get NET (T4-600s). The video map for T4-603 (HD) was programmed on 600-602...but audio maps were correct for each channel. Hence, all you could see was the HD channel when on the SD channels, but correct audio for each channel... more »
