Is it in beta yet? Anyone making predictions on when it will be

Even though I want one, and have been waiting for it to make any
upgrades/changes, I predict never..

I switched to thier reciever in the hopes this was true I also made them
give it to me for free since I am switching as soon as it comes to fruition
and I wasnt paying $100 for something I did not intend on keeping.
