The Black Room (1935) DVD: Warners or Sony?

So this looked interesting, a DVD-R of The Black Room (1935),
a B movie with Boris Karloff, that's coming out on Oct 4, on WB:

but the same movie was released by Sony as part of a 2 DVD,
4 movie collection five years ago:
