DTV Signal Strength Meter

Are there any reasonably priced ($100 or less) signal strength meters for locating the optimal placement of a DTV antenna? I have been using an antenna mounted on a tripod attached to a DTVPal converter box with a small monitor. It works but it is rather cumbersome.

OTA digital tuner oddity

Here is a strange problem that I am having with the OTA tuner in one of my Dish Network HD receivers. Whenever I tune to this one channel (11), I get a 10 to 12 second 'Lost Signal' screen before the station comes in. Once the station appears, it remains steady and locked in a about 70%.
