Trying to understand

I've been working to translate Catherene Night Pöe's website in French
because I found her vision quite different from what we can read about
Vampires...I wanted to use it to create a French web ressource and
maybe virtually meet real Vampires. My aim is only knowing and
understanding, I neither want to become a vampire nor a Source.
I came across the alt.vampires (other newsgroup) FAQ about her and the
announcement of her death, so ok I know what some people do think
about her.
But now, I wonder what reliable source you can suggest to work on. I
still want to translate parts of her work explaining what others think
about her too, but I would like to give some pieces of information to
make people think. And me, with them ;-).
I know the reality of Psychic Vampires what I need is information
about blood vampires, needing blood to survive.
If some of you want to speak in private, I would be happy to read some
testimonies and publish them on the website without your names of
course. I will not claim what you said to be the truth, it will just
be "what I've heard".
You do not know me and you do not have to trust me, just do what you
think is fair.

Catherene has a long history here on alt.vampyres where she was known
as Blatherene because of her inane blatherings. The woman lived in a
fantasy world. None of her predictions have ever come true, like the
Russian scientists who were secretly working with "real" vampires in
their basement laboratories and would show the world that "real"
vampirism was due to her fictional virus. Her website was even cited
for being harmful because she taught "real" vampires that they didn't
have to worry about protecting themselves from the AIDs virus.
Catherene was a nutcase. Anyone wishing to spread her nonsense won't
garner much support from alt.vampyres.
