The housing bubble will have burst 18 months from now and maybe I'll buy something cheap at that time. Or maybe not. I recall somebody on this ng posting last September about how housing prices would have fallen by March 2002. That person was wrong. That person underestimated the second mortgage, home equity loan ...

There was a housing bubble and crash in Florida in the 20s . A housing bubble was associated with the stock bubble in Japan in the 80s. ...

It was just recently that their capital requirements were reduced, allwoing them to loan more money with ...

Didn'ta housing bubble guy used to post here every now and again? Here's an interesting read: http://tinyurl.com/3a5ydr I have two questions re: the "crisis ": A: Who couldn't see this coming? and B: Wasn't the real crisis the insane escalation of the cost of one of our most basic of needs? ...

GRACE WAS A REALITY ONCE..DON'T MISS THIS ONE..!
You're not seeing any Wall Street tycoons held to account for the housing bubble because they were playing by the government's rules and with the government's approval. Congress won't hold Wall Street to account because it would shine a light on their own involvement in the house of cards. ...
