This photo pre-dates the Bellagio. You can faintly see the old
high-rise neon sign from the Dunes.

So what's the big dark thing with columns right behind Caesar's? I figured
it was the power-outage-darkened Bellagio. Is it an under-construction
Bellagio instead?

On a closer look, I can see that I was mistaken about the Dunes sign.
However, it looks like this photo was taken when the Desert Inn was
still intact and the Venetian was in the early stages of construction.
So, from that timeline, I'd say that the Bellagio must have been under
construction..
