I've said in the past, simply citing valid statistics, that the DOJ
figures from 2007 shows, that blacks make up 12% of the population, but
79% of the inmates in U.S. prisons.

Now, in an article about employment, from the drudge report, it states the
following...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

"An attorney for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund praised the lawsuits as an
important step against workplace discrimination. "People who are trying to
work, trying to be productive citizens, are being blocked from jobs" on
the basis of old convictions when they pose little danger, said ReNika
Moore.

Ms. Moore said rules concerning criminal-background checks are
particularly important because blacks are convicted of crimes more often
than whites. According to the federal Bureau of Justice Statistics, black
men were incarcerated in 2010 at more than six times the rate of white men
and nearly three times the rate of Hispanic men".

So, people, who want to pretend, that we don't have a "people problem" are
simply ignoring reality.
