Wow, Wayne Newton. There must be some 1/2 price places selling these
tickets.

We've seen Wayne many times. Frontier (final performance for Hughes
contract), Desert Inn, Alladin, Caesars (where he did not do MacArthur
Park with Rain ) Stardust and also locally in Framingham Mass. I'd see
him again but price would have to be right. Although the wife would
proberly insist on the VIP.

Trop lists prices as:
Tickets: $79.99 and $99.99.

I'm sure a woosh is in order. In the late 70's thru the 80's to go to
Vegas was to see Wayne Newton for many many people. He was a great
showman. Then when he was at Startdust at the end (not counting this
Trop thing) his voice was definitely detioriated. You could tell he
was letting more of the supporting cast sing, play instruments, banter
back and forth.

One of the times we saw him (early on) he definitely kept going for at
least 2 1/2 hours or more.

I'd really see him again just to see how his voice is now.

I guess this reply is worth a woosh woosh.
