How to make subject thread correctly

I'm trying to get Agent to thread a subject correctly. Right now I get
the subject, but the replies are not in order.
Any help would be appreciated!

At the top of the message list pane, between "Status" and "Lines"
is a little button with an icon which looks like, [+>
To turn threading on, make sure that button is pressed in and
not popped out.
