Major differences between 4 & 5?

I've got agent 4.2 and am trying to decide if I want to move up to 5.
It's been almost a year, even tho its still ',0' I figure it's probably
stable.
What are the major differences between 4.2 & 5? does it do a better job
at html? thats one of the primary things I want.

I read all the releases, but they don't tell you what's useful, what's
not, what the new stuff feels like, if it's really worth it etc. That's
why I asked here.

Tabs and restore state are *excellent*. Nested folders are useful.

to go back to ie 6 at times.

The major differences between those are tabs and nested folders.
