I did, and I still do.

Most commonly when I cancel retrieval for a block of binaries and then
delete the block.

Because there is no download limit for my ISP I download railroad
photos automatically so that by the time I reach that group there are
already enough so there is no delay opening them.

The first responses I got were after 6.0 - and all they said was to
upgrade to 6 with no guarantee that the problem was fixed.

I was not happy with this answer.

I've not had any crashes with version 6 but I had lots with version 5.

I'm using Avast antivirus for many years without special configuration and with almost no Agent 4.2 crash.
Agent 5 too many crash.
Agent 6 is stable almost as much as 4.2.
Running on Windows XP Pro SP3 32 bit.

You just waited too long to get Agent 5. It's been out for quite
awhile and I never had problems with it. Also not having problems
with Agent 6.

5.0 was released in mid-December of 2008. January 12 2009
doesn't seem like "too long" a wait.

That's worth knowing, thanks! For reasons not unconnected to inertia I
never got around to upgrading to 5 yet, probably just as well as I can
count on the fingers of one finger how often I have had Agent go down
on me, right back to 0.99d
