Don't forget that "alt+Print Screen" copies only the active window.

Have a look at the "auto screen scroll" and "OCR" capabilities of
"Snagit".A trial version is available at:-
http://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.asp
You could be pleasantly surprised.

Free Fast Stone Capture - www.faststone.com - also scrolls and does
freehand. Also three other free image utilities.
