Is that a B.B.Q. grill , I bet they hold the heat evenly. Maybe on
the pricey side though.

Grillz are those shiney gold teeth --all across not just one,
sometimes as in this song with gemstones for extra bling. Gangsta
rappa style.

Cos of how they make you look like the front of a car with headlights

A friend told me that some of the cheaper ones are sold at flea
markets,
