So far, the only nomination for July KOTM is:

Bill Palmer

This is gonna make the voting a little one-sided. :)
Remember, you can nominate for July KOTM and the associated
awards through 1 August. On 1 August, the nominees will
be posted, and voting will begin.

Well, there's a nomination for Cognitee, but I'm not sure if it's
been seconded...and I know that no real evidence has been posted (not that
you need it - just go look at the subject lines in news.groups)...

If Robbie's not careful about gathering the nominations, Boursy's going to
have to remove him (snicker)

I'll second Bradley Jesness as a certifiable kook.

And a nasty one at that.  See sci.psychology.psychotherapy as well as
news.groups.

If you'd like, I can post the FAQ about him.  It includes his roughly 128
aliases.

Having 128 aliases in about a years time should be worth a bit of
kookiness - no?

Strictly speaking we have 132, unless you have any further amendatory
comments to make. I suspect that quite a few have been lost, as I only
began collecting his aliases late in the game.

I respectfully enclose a copy of my "Brad-kill dump file", complete with
marching orders.

For the benefit of those unfamiliar with my kill list, I like to form
them up in rifle sections of ten, as it makes counting this centurion's
troops easier on the eye:

[ Section: 1/1 File: brad-k~1.txt Encoder: Turnpike Version 3.03b ]

begin 644 brad-k~1.txt
<encoded_portion_removed>
end

sum -r/size 62210/7135 section (from "begin" to "end")
sum -r/size 9813/5157 entire input file

I do hope that Mr. Jesness succeeds in his campaign for election to this
high order. I believe that he deserves to win something. Perhaps Messrs.
Grubor and Giwer will forgive me.

Note that he acknowledges that one can only FAKE the success of
Puckerbuttnee's successes? How can this kook NOT be voted as KoTM. I ask
this in all seriousness; he is the kook with the mostest.

What about this one, after I recently pointed out that Silke - a former

in the guise of dictatorial queen, whom he now reduces to the status of

Done that. Ren is off the list since days now. Couldn't run the risk of
Bardley's excrement sticking to an innocent poster's face.

Noway@hose; if he deletes others then I'll have very few left, and the
Allen Ivey posts are definitely in my newsbase. I also have a way of
proving their existence. It is tricky, and I'm leaving it until after
the vote. Or I might be described using 'bader' words.

He may delete, but I will not recant; I have the original in my newsbase
<two newsbases, as a matter of fact, since I was running two different
newsreaders then> and in my archive. Good enough for me.

Nope, sorry, that incognee has the same ingredients. It tastes of
exactly the same sewage as the original one. WE'VE GOT TO HAV SUM

This makes us quits; I've been honest and turned down a currency item,
and held on to a more legitimate and precious one! <He musta bin

Upset? Never! I have high hopes that Bard will have the longest,
longest, longest, tallest, tallest, tallest alias list in the history of
usenet.

Why, if he can't have a penis, he can certainly have a massive
phall^HA^HA^HA^HA^HA^HA^lias list.

>Here are the headers, so get ready to flex, march, update, whatever
><g>...

Well, I'll do a proper update when we next have a significant batch.
Meanwhiles, all contributions to this Bard's list of plublished authors
will be gratefully received, "Dear Readers".

No contributor will be turned away; the only qualification is that the
aliarse is a geniune one. All offerings will elicit a carefully crafted
and tailored response, as befits the offered aliarse.

Please remember that Professor Pustulent has a distinctive style of
prose <excuse for>, in keeping with his status as a plublished Bard.

He is easy to detect, no need to contact SETI.

Ah. I have a problem with this one as I have;

                Cognitee <anon-11...@anon.twwells.com>

and to include

                <anon-11...@anon.twwells.com> Cognitee

might be seen as a cheat by Bardie-poos, even though he's trying to have
more aliarses than there are diagnostic categories in DSM IV.

As you know, he so much /wants/ our list of his aliarsing around to be,
errrrrm, "fair". Or must we be slavishly "Cruel to be kind"? Should I
include it in the side salad? As an hors d'oeuvre? An after 8 mint? The
cheese dish? Coffee and brandy? The cigars and cigarettes afterward?

Or is this simply his entry pass and invite to KoTM? Buggering up his
own false identity? An honour for consistently stupid services to
kookery?

>Of course, he's not a full member of the APA, so this is an attempt to
>mislead the public (and it's not the only time he misrepresented his
>membership status in the APA).

Ffffuuuuhhhhh. I had wondered about this tendency of his penislessness
and will consult the Great Search-Master of Archives, the Lord High
Grepwin, who will doubtless turnover more dubious references to
membership...

...yes, there are more. Please note the subject, in this salacious
example of his shameful denigration of you:

[ Section: 1/1 File: twit1.txt Encoder: Turnpike Version 3.03b ]

begin 644 twit1.txt
<encoded_portion_removed>
end

sum -r/size 61653/1652 section (from "begin" to "end")
sum -r/size 55423/1179 entire input file

"He shall have science where ever he goes"... ...please note the sig in
this next example, and his caustic <jealous?> reference to the
possibility that there may be Cogs other than Cognitee, Cognito, & etc.:

[ Section: 1/1 File: twit2.txt Encoder: Turnpike Version 3.03b ]

begin 644 twit2.txt
<encoded_portion_removed>
end

sum -r/size 6316/4300 section (from "begin" to "end")
sum -r/size 57872/3101 entire input file

However, not content with ethics, he looped the loop, did a barrel roll
and then nose-dived into the sewers whence he originated. Plodge.
Shluppp. Ppphhhhhllllllluuur.

Bleh.

Bard has a status problem, errm, ploblem. <Plobrem?> It comes from
having no dick, I think. At least, "That's what I heard". Perhaps this
is why he says that he is a member? If he can't have one he must _be_
one.

>Phoenix, you probably wouldn't know
>this not being in psychology professionally, but the APA won't accept
>you for full membership unless you have a doctoral degree in
>psychology.  Since Mr. Jesness doesn't have a doctorate, all he can
>get is associate membership status.

As a matter of fact, Phoenix, he _***HATES***_ Ph.D.s, more especially
if they do not have the same gender as him. His personal gender problem
notwithstanding, of course.

In the UK a _Ph.D._ is insufficient to gain chartered and thus full
membership status. I wonder how he'd take to that, nose pressed up
against the window, begging to be let in so he can ABUSE, SPAM, DEFAME
TROLL, AND KOOK the BPS?

>But he tries, sometimes, to
>pretend that it's "member" instead of "associate member."  That is,
>when he's not busy accusing the APA of killing children or calling all
>credentialled psychologists and therapists unethical, lying hacks,
>thugs, etc. etc....

Why would he want to be associated with a society of "child killers", I
ask? Never mind membership, although member-envy has interesting
connotations since the date when he told us that you'd cruelly deprived
him of his prideful manhood. <g>

Oh, this is a _good_ one. This is in the bag. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Bard
is now up to 151! I have no doubt at all that the great Bard Jesness
will soon be the commander of a Legion, which typically consists of
3,000 to 6,000 infantry troops and 100 to 200 cavalry.

"My name is Legion, for we are many" <Marvel>

Sadly we no longer use horse in modern combat. Thus I imagine, given his
former christian name <Bradley is now Bard, right?>, he will rightly
demand that his MBT is the Sherman Tank? >;->

[Well, there isn't an Omar Tank in cockney rhyming slang.]  >;->

Notice how he "taught [...] recently", in 1996?

Can an onlooker please explain to me the ethics of crossposting a fwd of

As well as murdering the truth and butchering English, he specialises in
adults then?
