Twice in the last few days I've run across the phrase "another words"
meaning "in other words". Googling for it, I also found a fancier
version: "in another words". Three hits for "another words" were from
a site called teachers.net, where they ought to know better.

I suppose they do know better, for all intensive purposes.

I was just thinking about this today and, long behold, here it is on aue!

Note: "long behold" was in an email I received. I Googled it and received
931 hits, many of which were false; too many, though, were not.

Yes, if you thing your going to change it, youve got another thing coming. I
could care less, though. Its a waist of time even trying.

Far be it for me, as I have just read in AEU, to disagree. (The
offensive phrase gets 19,400 crude Ggl points.)

Are you performing the same search? I still get "about 931."

Just tried again: no change. I quote:
<Results 1 - 10 of about 19,400 for "far be it for me". (0.48
seconds)>
