I don't know about "True" but there are some signs. First, they have a
massive foreign debt which is being financed by other countries,
particularly in Asia, that have amassed huge amounts of U.S. dollars

you prefer, 2002 the Euro has been introduced and it provides a real
alternative as a currency for international trade. The U.S dollar is
depreciating against the Euro

so there is a well signposted "road to economic ruin" which would
occur if the countries holding U.S. dollar debts suddenly sold them
for debts denominated in Euros. I have looked for a time series of the
percentage of world trade conducted in various currencies but I have
not found anything definitive. It seems that current trade is about
20% Euro but I don't know how that compares with the pre-1999 trade in
the individual European currencies.

we know exactly how much the USA is bleeding for Israel
we know this can not go on escalating every year , in wars that are un
winnable , and everybody agrees will last for decades
its basic maths to see the USA is doomed
nothing can save it from complete collapse and defeat and war crimes
trials and compensation pay out for damages to Iraq and Afghanistan
and Vietnam
