You never work on technique, body mechanics?
You don't do the groups lessons, just learn by doing?
I don't like that idea, people pick up bad habits easy,
hard to break.

Joe Lauzon?
The thing about the fight nerds is, they're not the
zipper head mental defectives... what I mean is,
they like to spar in the dojang, they play hard, but
will avoid any violence outside. Not natural fighters.
I'm an expert, I'm one of them.

That's strange, you're the nerdy reading type,
not the Michelob ESPN type.

The danger there is the psycho hot heads, who
go literally insane when they lose their temper.
I've known a couple of them. He's liable to put
a brass lamp through your skull, for no reason,
even though you are friends.
Then you never walk again, and if it's a movie,
he visits you in the hospital, and says "This has
changed me forever, Bill, I'm a new man", and
you say "My injuries are nothing, you have faced
your demons, that's what's important"
But reality isn't Hollywood, and actually you
testify against him, and he gets 5 years, and
you pray he gets killed in prison, or kills someone
there, and never sees the sun again.
So wear armor.

Sam
american top team, they are a great bjj-mma team.
> You never work on technique, body mechanics?
> You don't do the groups lessons, just learn by doing?
we practive moves, but at a bjj club i learned at years agao it was
prective for an hour spar for 15 minutes.we reverse that.
> I don't like that idea, people pick up bad habits easy,

and in drilling moves in a group they spend much time drilling moves
that do not fit into their game, that with their bodytype they will
never master and will give them an unrealistic veiw of a fight when
someone is smashing them in the head.

i do.Ive long advocated that getting psyco dudes to punch me instead
of you should earn me a government grant.

yeah but something to be said for a crazy kid with 100
streetfights.when one of them can become a fightnerd you got a
monster.

prolly wouldnt testify against someone.no faith in the system.id do my
own thing.here in MA a judge gets accepted by the liberal democrate
machine or they dont get to be a judge.basically if you had a troubled
youth you can rape or kill and get in little trouble.as long as you
didnt rape or kill someone who was a minority and you are white.

pnewski.my childhood headshrinker.
Hire a consultant to write a grant proposal,
I guarantee there are psychology and sociology
professors at Harvard who would love to study you.

What's his diagnosis?
Sam
Yeah good point. But we are whitemales.Their natural enemy.Even though
many of them are whitemales. They are selfhating. So it's different.

Of local MMA shows like Combat Zone and Reality Fighting? No.I got
guys who are like 3-0 who train twice a week with 3 kids and must work
60 hours a week who would probably defend their titles successfully
from him.
Im talking about a particular 20 year old who joined my school after a
tour of iraq who did have a boxing and wrestling background(and
torturing animals to death) and who then did 5 years of mma with us
between prison stints.
Not some guy with some boxing but who started other stuff at the age
of 32.Someone like that can never be world class.I started training in
my 20's and kimbo is a much better athlete than i am (not saying much)
i could have never been world class starting so late, even as a kid
probably i couldnt but in my 20s? thats ABSURD.And he started in his
30's.How in the hell is he EVER gonna learn to avoid a guy who
training sambo since he was a boy like arlovski from throwing him
down? and who has MORE experience boxing than he is and who is a
better athlete. How can he ever have a chance to be better than him?
silly.

Her.Her diagnonis.God i miss Pnewski.I never actually asked her
diagnonis. But risperdal, paxil, depacote among others. So it musta been
interesting.Never needed it though, stopped taking it and never noticed
a thing except i could ride a bike again without falling of every 100
yards or so.which is what got me realising that sciencetology has a
point.Which is that the world was created by a wizard who lived on
jupiter.
