Chris says individual mandate is unfair to poor people.
Chris asks for reduction in abortion funding.
( It is unfair to require religious organizations
or any individuals to pay for other peoples abortions!! )

Scene 1
Chris at Congressman Mikes office.
CHRIS
The Individual Mandate is unfair to poor people because
it requires poor people to either buy expensive unaffordable
health insurance or pay a minimum fine of $695.00 for every
family member plus 2.5% of each years income. The unfair $695.00
per person minimum fine charges poor people a much higher
percentage of their income than rich people.
The other unfair thing about the healthcare law is that it requires
all individuals and all religious organizations to pay for other
peoples abortions through their mandatory premiums. Mandatory health
insurance premiums are equivalent to LARGE FEDERAL TAXES and I thought
that Ronald Reagan had signed a powerful law that prevents
tax money ( including government required health insurance premiums )
from being used to pay for abortions.
Bart Stupak helped pass the healthcare law because he mistakenly
thought that premiums would NOT be used to pay for abortions!!
Bart even thought that there was an executive order preventing
health insurance premiums from being used to pay for abortions but
that executive order never actually existed.
MIKE
Why is everybody asking CONGRESS to repeal the healthcare reform
law??
a majority of members of BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES are in favor of
keeping
it and presidential candidates from BOTH political parties are in
favor
of preserving the extremely unfair
individual mandate that requires people to buy
health insurance.
My question to you is what can regular citizens do to reduce
the number of premium payer funded abortions on their own without
help from congress ??
CHRIS
If we had an all volunteer jury system in the United States jurors
would then know about their right of jury nullification to refuse
to enforce the individual mandate to buy health insurance and refuse
to convict Catholic doctors who refuse to perform required abortions.
MIKE
I have never heard of people volunteering for jury duty before. I
thought
that people were summoned to mandatory jury duty.
CHRIS
Several previous episodes have discussed a proposed all volunteer jury
system.

Scene 2 At dinner with Chris and his family.
TONYA
I found out at school today that I can get a FREE abortion either
from my parents health insurance company or from the state half
of Medicaid.
JULIUS
I found out that under the federal freedom of information act
that PARENTS can find out from their health insurance companies
whether that company has already paid for an abortion for their
daughter while she is under 26 years of age. The county welfare
office also has to surrender medicaid abortion payment information
to parents upon request even if the state does not require advance
notification of a planned abortion parents can ask to find out about
it later
if an insurance company or the state half of medicaid has paid for it.
CHRIS
I went to Uncle Mikes congressional office today to complain about
the new healthcare reform law. It is unfair to require people to buy
health insurance.
ROCHELLE
Tonya, If you ever need an abortion please come to me. I will pay
for
it myself instead of using health insurance premiums or medicaid. I
know
some low cost abortion clinic doctors that women at the beauty parlor
have gone to. Please do not use health insurance premiums or medicaid
to pay for your abortion. Your father will get very angry if you do.
TONYA
But this state does not require parental notification before an
abortion.
ROCHELLE
You do not need to be afraid to notify me first. I need to know
so I can pay for the abortion out of pocket. I do want to know even
though the other parents in the political ad said that they would
rather not know if THEIR daughter was planning on having an abortion.
( Phone rings. Julius is on phone for a while. )
JULIUS
Uncle Mike called from his congressional office with a telephone
town hall meeting. He wants PARENTS to reduce insurance company and
medicaid spending on abortions. Parents who can afford to pay for
their daughters abortions should do so out of pocket instead of
using their health insurance company and poor parents should ask their
daughters to postpone having sex until age 27 or make sure their
boyfriends are using condoms.
DREW
If Tonya has an insurance company paid or medicaid paid abortion
will you punish her severely with the gun that is in the doing drugs
belt?
JULIUS
I will Kick Tonya out of the house if she has an abortion that is
paid
for by a health insurance company. Uncle Mike did not say that parents
have to shoot their daughters for having a taxpayer paid abortion
because he is running for re-election in November of 2012.
Congressman Mike says that parents should warn their daughters that
they will be KICKED OUT OF THe HOUSE if they have an abortion that
is paid for by health insurance premiums or tax money.
TONYA
Dad, Why are you so mean all of the sudden??
JULIUS
Uncle Mike, who happens to be an elected member of the U.S. House
of Representatives is afraid that health insurance premiums will
be greatly increased after girls get insurance paid abortions.
Congressman Mike wants PARENTS to talk to their daughters and talk
them out of getting abortions that are paid for by rising health
insurance
premiums or taxpayer medicaid or medi-cal.
Mike wants me to check with any insurance companies I might have and
medicaid to check and verify that they did not pay for any of your
abortions before I pay for your college education.

MORELLO
I noticed a closed abortion clinic is being offered for sale
today.
GREG
My Father told me that if I get a girlfriend to always use a condom
while having sex at least until the girl is over the age of 27 because
if she has an abortion that is paid for by an insurance company or
the state half of medicaid that health insurance premiums will
increase EVERY SINGLE TIME an insurance company pays for an abortion.
Boys can purchase condoms over the counter without using insurance
company money or a prescription.
The best thing to do is to postpone having sex until age 27
and then only have sex inside marraige.
CHRIS
Now that my uncle mike has asked PARENTS to talk their daughters
out of having insurance paid or taxpayer paid abortions many more
abortion clinics will have to go out of business because of not
enough customers.
GREG
There is a severe shortage of fast food places in the United States.
Every closed abortion clinic should be quickly demolished and replaced
with a new fast food place.
Fast food restaraunts are far more profitable uses of land than
abortion
clinics. There is political pressure to reduce funding on abortions so
abortion clinics are no longer profitable.
All abortion clinic owners should consider replacing their abortion
clinics
with much more profitable fast food places.
